31/03/2024: Disappointed with a first visit here, and I won't come back. I was very reasonable in my orders (they only offer an all-you-can-eat menu, 18 euros for lunch), I only took 'two rounds', with only two dishes in the last one. First course of my meal served on a very chipped plate, which doesn't immediately make the best impression... The fried foods (nems, gyozas) are frozen foods put in the fryer, the soy sauces are cut with water , a great classic of this type of Sino-Japanese restaurant... The yakitori (chicken balls) had no taste, quite strange. I am a big fan of makis (served without ginger/wasabi, which I had to ask the waiter for, and with a 'portion' of avocado in the makis, the thickness of which, like an 'A4 sheet', was therefore quite stingy), and the tuna had a very 'pronounced' taste, quite suspicious, in my Californias. So much so that I preferred not to finish them, which is not really my habit, being a great gourmand, particularly of Japanese gastronomy. No worries, it can happen, to err is human and the product is volatile. But did I have the right to a simple word of politeness, like 'we are very sorry about that' or an offer to replace them, so that I could finish one of my only two 'turns' (for a meal in more extremely fast, having arrived around 1:45 p.m.)? Well, no, not a word... so it will only be 1.5 turns in the end and in fact, for an 'all you can eat' formula, and it didn't seem to bother them that much ... In my opinion, the contract is not respected. The beer was also not fresh enough, and I didn't recognize the taste of my usual Asahi... desserts are not included in the package, which is also a disappointment. On the positive side, a waitress seemed extremely nice and the ordering on the tablet was very intuitive and well thought out.

29/03/2024: Frankly very disappointed with my evening meal at Hanaki. Indeed apart from the sushi the rest is not great. The meat skewers were super dry and the taste of the meat was very strong. (beef and chicken) I absolutely didn't like the woks. The caramel chicken one with small pieces of ultra dry chicken, the wok beef with onions much too salty like the noodles.... Ultra dry and hard fried rice. In short, apart from the sushi, everything else is disappointing in terms of quality.... And I forgot the salad offered at the start of the meal, not good at all, full of water because it was poorly drained and very little sauce. I would not come back!!!!!!!

06/04/2024: Asian restaurant by definition but with a lot of choice, an increasingly European cuisine (fries, bread and wine), a nice decor and above all a lot of space and despite this on certain days or certain times a half-hour wait.
