17/03/2024: We took 1 Chinese seafood fondue for 2 people and surprise!!! A small live slug had invited itself into our dish and was easily walking under the salad leaf...
Return of the dish to the kitchen, a thousand apologies from the staff (…)…we didn't make a scene, even if it took away our appetite a little.
On the other hand, very disappointed because there was no commercial gesture on the bill which we paid in full even though we had still had desserts and teas.
This could have partly made up for the incident
Hence the disappointment and the 2 stars ⭐️

The service is top notch, the service is fast, always attentive to the customer to feel at home. I recommend Palais d'Italie, a must-see restaurant in Saint louis for fans of Asian restaurants.

06/02/2024: Small family restaurant that I have been going to for almost 10 years now. The staff is very nice and polite. The room is not the most welcoming and it is not too hot during the winter season, but the sushi, vegetable spring rolls, caramel beef or jasmine tea are delicious.
23/12/2023: Average restaurant...what more can I say. Restaurant room not maintained, lack of staff, products not exceptional and rather expensive for what it is, therefore poor value for money. To conclude, I went there once, I don't think I will go there again.

The food was by far the most disgusting thing my companion and I have ever eaten. Rice with vegetables here means rice in old, rancid oil and few vegetables. Fresh? I'd rather not say anything.
The soup was, of course, mixed from the bag and very unappetizing.
All in all, incredibly unloving and bad.
Not recommendable!
(Unless you're adventurous and think you've already been to the worst restaurant in the region, then go here and you'll definitely be shocked again).
