28/10/2023: Response to the bad faith direction of the message below: 1) I contacted 5 minutes after my arrival for the jacuzzi which was at 23 degrees (a jacuzzi is meant to be hot unlike a Breton swimming pool or not). Your very professional technician came to turn it on. I searched all the drawers, no manual. 2) no towels outside 3) I asked tituan for a manager to contact me 4) tituan asked me to follow him and left facing the lingerie. In short, you seem to have lived our experience from a distance. Your response shows your lack of professionalism. Big disappointment, a villa with COLD JACCUZI! Not started, the reception employee not knowing how to answer sends the technician to start it up. Waiting 3h30 to arrive at not even 29... so we didn't take advantage of the jacuzzi. What interest???? Big disappointment for the children because we came for just one night and had chosen this hotel mainly for that. Also towels provided in the villa for the swimming pool which we do not have.. NON-EXISTENT when I go to reception again I am told "in October no one swims anymore, it rained this morning.. .", "and we bathe then??". The bedroom door that DOES NOT close, warped. And ONLY 1 large towel in the bathroom for 4. When I ask for 2 extra towels I am asked to follow almost into the linen room. And in the end the shower is CLOGGED, overflowing in 2 minutes of showering. Fortunately the technician is still responsive. On the other hand, at reception, total DENIGRATION. I ask to speak to a manager, no response. So Mr. Manager that I would never have had when we want to make "villas" available we don't just do it in the decor! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND

When paying, we made the remark and were told that the waiter must have understood 1/2 liter. ...We wanted to eat there, so we went somewhere else.
