02/03/2024: Having booked a room at the Novotel, we were offered to dine at the restaurant. What a mistake !
When we arrived, although we arrived a little early, it seemed that the staff were completely confused about seating us…
Once seated, we learned that almost half of the dishes were not available, which is a shame for a Saturday evening!
The service’s watchword is “fissa”! Not even having time to finish the plates when we are asked our choices for desserts…
Now let's talk about the dishes! It’s tasteless, McDonald’s quality! A salad for €18, without flavor, without real seasoning. Frozen fries, to accompany an omelette, while we are promised a “home brewery”. For dessert, the children have the choice between Danone yogurt or low quality ice cream, a mixture of chemicals and ice (we hope that the cold chain has been respected).
Next time we head to a channel, at least we'll know what to expect.

Half of the dishes on the menu are missing. The dishes are of poor quality. Super salty frozen fries. Bad salad. Low-end potted ice cream that is completely frosted. Desserts with little variety. Prices prohibitive compared to what is offered. In short, to flee.

The more classic dish but good, and the dessert was delicious.
Impeccable service.

13/02/2024: I am a regular customer of the store. It's always very good. But I don't understand why at the time of the midday gunshot, most of the time only 1 person serves? there is probably a business concept that I don't understand.

25/03/2024: After having broken my nose at the AHUY store at the end of the morning because they did not yet have NORDIQUE bread, I therefore fell back on this point of sale where there was indeed this bread there, on the other hand the breads are very well cooked (see burnt) and then I ask if she could slice them for me, the slicer broken.............

04/04/2024: Food & service were excellent, the only criticism was that I was unable to book ahead of our visit on our way to the Alps. No way of booking online or through the website, was advised on their Facebook page to call, which I tried time after time after time, day after day after day but there was never any answer. Even during times when the restaurant was open. Apart from that, no complaints. Our server accommodated our less than perfect French when we tried! Food was very good!
01/04/2024: We came for dinner on Easter Saturday, during a visit to the region. We were very well received. We ate bites of cheese as a starter, super good! No complaints. Then everyone got a burger, they were excellent. The perfect cooking of minced steaks. I recommend the one with pink bread which is usually black. From reception to exit, we were satisfied. I ordered a dessert which unfortunately was not available, another too but it didn't matter, the commercial gesture of the dessert offered was very appreciable. Despite a full room and the waiter alone (perhaps the boss?!), to manage the establishment, the wait was more than reasonable. So thank you to Stephan for his professionalism, his simplicity and his sense of a job well done. It's nice to see staff smiling despite the circumstances of the evening. I highly recommend this restaurant.

22/03/2024: Room OK overall but could do with a facelift with parquet flooring instead of plastered carpet which is crumbling in the bathroom. The bedding is comfortable for me.
The staff is smiling and helpful. I thank the young lady who was at the reception on the evening of 03/21. Who was able to find me a quiet room, and advise on restaurants nearby. The breakfast was correct.

05/04/2024: I had said previously Mac Do will not change in general terms but I appreciated the person who took the order, polite and smiling, unlike the young man who gave the order, haughty and rude. Say hello, your order arrives, it costs nothing. But no, he acted as if I was invisible

Very clean, spacious, clear, service is perfect...
Upon request, we were allowed to take our small dog in with us because we were passing through and it was far too cold to sit outside in the dark.
We sat to the side so as not to disturb anyone with the dog.
The “tableware” in the restaurant is also great.
I think it's great that something like this exists in France.
Cardboard etc. are only available for use outside the home.
Unfortunately, the hamburgers were quite dry and poorly topped. We know this differently in Germany.
Nevertheless, everything was ok

Several arcade machines have been added with motorcycles, mario karts, basketball and so on...
VR is also still cool!
17/02/2024: We had a very good evening. Bowling then meal at the Big Apple and to finish discovering VR. Thanks to Alexis for her professionalism and kindness. It’s decided, we’ll come back next week to try Iceland Prison!
