05/04/2024: Hello everyone, service and cuisine in Buffalo standards. I like this brand for a quick, quiet meal at lunchtime with easy access to a small computer. They changed their salad which has fewer sides than before and that satisfies me.

05/04/2024: You must place your order on a screen inside the restaurant. The staff is not professional. The reception lacks warmth and motivation. 3€90 a large portion of fries 🍟 country, it seemed expensive to me for a portion that didn't seem huge to me

05/04/2024: I am never disappointed with the quality, however the portions of fries are often much lighter than expected.
03/04/2024: First of all, this is not specific to this brand, one might wonder how fast food restaurants could have become so bad over time.
Cold fries and burgers, regular omissions in orders, poor organization of service with waiting without there being a lot of attendance.
And then, we look closer and we see a boss still absent, a service instead with stairs to climb with the trays, a group of young people who are left alone in charge of running the shop while the boss pile up the euros quietly... in short, a result which cannot be anything else. Courage to these young people!

06/04/2024: Very good burgers, the fries were better before. And always the same, the choice of desserts that are too heavy and consistent. A cut of strawberries would be nice at this time for example.

28/03/2024: Super service, our son had his birthday today and when we mentioned it they were very attentive and treated each of us with cake and a candle for the little one and sang him the birthday song. Jeremy organized the staff to sing for him too. He was very attentive and the service was impeccable. They also put little birthday background music. The food is always great. We’ve been here several times and it is always clean and overall just a good experience. Thanks again for Jeremy for making today special for our kids. 😉

They don't even know how to read an order? Should go back to school!
I order a double burger, they give me a single one, I ask for no salad, it's loaded with salad, I ask for potatoes, they put fries
Respect ! Honestly they are strong
I would work like that it would have been a long time since I got fired!!

29/03/2024: Every time I come, there is always this gentleman (probably a tramp) with his bag who wanders around the restaurant and who asks passers-by with papers that he distributes to pay for a menu, or to give him money. 'money even if you tell him no, he still forces it and doesn't give up on you, and the restaurant doesn't do much to get rid of him, to avoid being confronted with this problem, I would go elsewhere

22/03/2024: Kitchen slightly cold and waited a little while but then we were at end of service time so our fault! In terms of atmosphere, the glass walls with the table neighbors, a little annoying and these famous neighbors rather heavy to fix... If it is possible to put decoration on the glass to separate the two boxes it could be more pleasant 😊👍
For the staff, nothing to complain about, for one evening (at the end of service I specify) she was pleasant and smiling, thank you to her.

15/01/2024: The restaurant is good however the service is catastrophic, almost 2 hours to eat a main course and a dessert even though we were only two tables in the restaurant. The waitress preferring to be in the kitchen or clearing other empty tables without taking into account the customers present. In addition, the cooks made a mistake on a burger which can happen! But we can send it back to the kitchen and instead we bring you a steak on a side plate, the cooking is not respected. The restaurant is pretty but no music. Very disappointed compared to other restaurants tested in the same chain.
