I ordered McDonald's to take away this evening to please my family and AGAIN there are many forgotten items!
my nephew was treated to a happy meal without his fries! super practical!
We are also missing 2 drinks, a McDonald's croque and we were treated to cold fries and a goat's cheese wrap with only 1 goat's cheese!
This is not the first time that our order has been carried out incorrectly!
3 weeks ago our order was definitely not the right one!
I also advise you to call your operator because it seems that you have a problem with your phone; it is not normal to call you 30 times and get no answers.
From now on we will go to the McDonald’s in Vernouillet!

05/04/2024: I ate here on a trip with people from my school, it was one of my favorite meals of the trip. The service was a bit slow for American standards, but it makes sense from the perspective of French culture. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and were able to understand our (very broken) French (and speak in English when it hurt too much to hear haha). Its proximity to the cathedral is also very helpful as someone on a tight schedule. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Chartres.

03/04/2024: A few minutes ago, to take away, a cold Mc first beef instead of a Mc first fish. I pass on the packaging which does not correspond to anything. An extra star for the dressing of the burgers, which is quite rare at McDonald's, generally it's nonsense and we don't care about it anywhere...
Maybe my lucky day but not the one who wanted to eat cold beef...

04/04/2024: A well-stocked Asian buffet, without particularity. Drinks (vendor) are included but the waitress does not tell you this upon arrival and asks you if you would like drinks before you are even seated and able to consult the menu... During a first visit, this practice is regrettable!
For the rest, great classics and properly stocked buffets.
24/03/2024: For the first time I dared to eat Chinese, my taste buds were delighted, I traveled a lot with the cooking and sauces, just very good. For a Saturday evening, a lot of people, 23€/person, just very reasonable given the work done, but never forgotten by the waiters and waitresses. To end my trip ''' a dessert from home?? '''10/10 thank you very much. See you soon.

29/03/2024: A shame the service!!! We order in click n collect, upon arriving there we receive our order and we realize that we are missing the nuggets, we call the person who served us to tell him, after looking in the bags he tells us “en Indeed the nuggets are missing, I'll get them for you" he comes back without telling us that he needs the bags. He leaves with the bags and comes back without the bags, telling us that we have to check with the manager to get the nuggets. The manager tells us that “his colleagues are certain to have put them in” in the meantime one of his incompetent colleagues (no other word) certifies me the assets put in the bag and does not budge. We insist and she tells us that she will have to check with her manager. The manager in question tells us "I'm going to have to check on the cameras" we're talking about 4 nuggets... he comes back 5 minutes later accepting the error of his "incompetent" colleague and tells us "actually they weren't there I'll tell you 6”.
Result: we leave with 6 nuggets but with the rest cold…
To avoid !!!
18/03/2024: Missing several things in the order as usual: no cutlery or salad dressing for the salad (so I eat a green salad with my fingers and plain!), missing the bbq and mustard sauces for the nuggets (which we pay for in the menu incidentally) and no bacon anymore in the Deluxe bacon which lives up to its name and which we pay more for incidentally too!
If we have to open all the sandwiches before leaving our parking space, that’s serious!
And prices have increased again! Fast food will soon be more expensive than a traditional restaurant! We walk on the head !
