10/03/2024: A restaurant like there will soon be very few, so run there now. We tasted starters (Foie Gras then Saint-Jacques) and dishes (veal sweetbreads then monkfish) with very precise seasonings, as if the Chef tastes her dishes to establish her menu, it is very judicious on her part and above all delicious. For a menu at €39.50, you will come away feeling “gued” (satiated) and won over. The welcome is unparalleled and very pleasant.
