27/03/2024: Very, very Nice Place !! Staff Symphatic and owner is very adequate and keeps an eye on everything!! Very Good , Delicious Menu and Busy Restaurant! Make a reservation for a table because it,s always full !!! After a day driving it,s a very welcoming place, also Motel is very relaxing and well taken care of, considering how busy it is at some hours ! Rooms are Clean and Neat ! Backside of rooms have doors to a beautiful Lawn! You always can hop outside for a fresh nose ! Outside plenty of Parking , and you can keep an eye on your Car! We always stop here if we are in the neighbourhood! So throughout the Years always ok !!!

13/03/2024: Only for the restaurant. We have known the restaurant for several years. We abandoned the place, then it was sold. We returned under the new management, the map has practically not changed, the setting is improved nothing more. On the kitchen side, nothing is going well. The portions are tiny and uninspiring. On the other hand, the prices are exaggerated. Another completely failed attempt. You should review your menu and your prices. Very disappointed.

31/03/2024: Average quality bread, unfriendly saleswoman. Does not accept restaurant cards below €7, so it is impossible to pay for a sandwich at their place for lunch.

06/04/2024: I recommend this restaurant, it is really very good, the products are fresh and prepared on site unlike other buffets which have frozen products, I advise you to go here, everything is really good

28/02/2024: Extremely disappointed with this restaurant. The choice is very limited, everything was cold and had no taste, the sushi and meats were rubbery. Frankly, in terms of value for money, we're not there at all. I don't know why it's like that, but I prefer to do more of the road and go to Dreux.

31/12/2023: A very beautiful place, that’s undeniable! A beautiful dining room, a friendly welcome. But everything is totally irrelevant considering the prices and the pretension of the 4 stars of the Hotel and the “Gastronomic” status of the restaurant. Menus at 158€/person with paid options on almost 1 out of 2 dishes offered on the menu!! A just decent dinner and definitely overestimated in terms of price. Meat arrived overcooked despite being a paid option on the menu (unacceptable for such a so-called “Gastronomic” restaurant), a novice waitress incapable of describing the cheeses, a dead fly in a glass…. And the highlight of the dinner: an inaccessible wine list! To ultimately fall back on a simple Vacqueyras Dauphin priced at €79 and yet sold in hypermarkets for less than €7!!!. At this level it is no longer dishonesty but…. ! In total an addition of 436€ for a dinner for 2 in Verneuil sur Avre, you might as well get a 3 Michelin star in Paris and be able to enjoy a real experience of a real gourmet restaurant for that same price!!!!

10/11/2023: Quietly located in a park. Beautiful castle. Cultural excursion with beautiful old architecture in the village. Voie verte nearby for walking and cycling. Excellent gastronomy and wines. Strange why this restaurant does not have a Michelin or Gaultmillau listing.
