02/04/2024: Plastic in the dishes, the waitress who tells me to shut up when I talk about it, insulting me. Not a commercial gesture and they explain to me that it’s celery. When I ask to speak to the manager, who was in the room, they explain to me that he is not there and everyone hides. Distressing. Note and dishes too salty. To avoid.
Too bad it used to be a beautiful house.

14/03/2024: Our experience was very disappointing. Service was exceptionally slow, with an hour wait between each course. The welcome was neither warm nor pleasant, and no goodbye was said as we left. Additionally, the dishes were rather basic and didn't stand out. The restaurant refused the restaurant voucher card even though it is listed on Edenred and Sodexo. We advise you to look for other options in Châteaudun, as there are certainly places offering better quality of service and finer cuisine :)
12/03/2024: nothing to complain about it was perfect, it's the first time that I have been welcomed so well and the kitchen is up to the service, thanks to the Chef and the waiter for these delicious dishes enjoyed with the family

17/03/2024: What to say ! I went there recently, very warm welcome; we ate very well there. The dishes are copious and refined. The service was perfect, too. Nothing to say. Well done, and thank you!
14/03/2024: We are welcomed with a smile and the waitresses are friendly and attentive. It's very nice.
To begin with, we bring you a very pleasant appetizer with pepper cream.
I really liked the dome of smoked salmon and its herb cream, I enjoyed the confit veal chuck on its crushed pdt.
To finish, the excellent profiterole style cabbage, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, hot chocolate, hummm!
I don't regret my choice.

01/04/2024: This restaurant near the cathedral offers quality French cuisine (maître restaurateur). The service is perfect and many wines by the glass are offered.
The prices offered are reasonable.
The website is up to date and the menu changes regularly.
It is advisable to reserve but a few tables may be available in this magnificent setting of old Chartres. (right opposite the prefecture)

26/03/2024: It's good, it's fine and the products used are top quality. However, the atmosphere lacks warmth, and the bill remains high in comparison with other addresses located not far away.
We regretted the absence of appetizers at the aperitif and the fact that it was pointed out to us that the bread balls were "counted" (to use the terminology of the waitress, very professional indeed).
Some progress needs to be made to make the place warmer (warmer light? Small table lamps?)

06/04/2024: An absolutely brilliant restaurant in Chartres. Traditional French cuisine with quality products. A superb selection of wine. And an absolutely adorable boss. We had a great time!
05/04/2024: Great food, friendly service and authentic atmosphere. Highly recommended for visiting! Do not get scared by closing time at 9pm, we came at around 8:15 pm and stayed for a great 2 hours-long dinner.
