A charming setting and decorated with great taste.
A warm welcome and service with a team that will answer each of your questions and desires in the best possible way.
The cuisine is fabulous with tastes, pairings, seasonings of rare quality.
The wine list (whose owner will speak to you with passion and guide you towards the best possible choice for your dishes) essentially offers you organic wines from more or less small producers.
Be patient though, you need to book a few weeks in advance for a place in the evening on the weekend.
This restaurant is for me and my wife the best in Haut-Rhin.

For a star, I expected better.
Nothing really surprising in terms of dishes, very classic. And the menu was disproportionate: as many sweet dishes as savory dishes on this Easter day.
A plus for working with local products all the same.
On the service side it took too long to complete. We spent 4 hours at the table for the shortest menu and the wait between 2 courses was too long.
The young waiters do not exude passion for the profession, too shy or not motivated I don't know, and are very hesitant and sketchy about the presentation of the dishes.
The young sommelier was pleasant and seemed to know her subject.

PS: I didn't have a room and it was self-service outside, as it should be in the garden, so everything was fine
12/11/2023: We had lunch at this farm inn during a day of family hiking around the Col du Petit Ballon.
The cuisine is traditional, delicious and generous.
The outdoor setting is magnificent, surrounded by nature! The interior setting is typical and friendly.
The staff is professional, no-nonsense and friendly.
In summary, a very pleasant experience that I can only recommend!
It is best to book because it is busy although the hostel is isolated.

01/04/2024: We had lunch there today. For my part, I was surprised by our last visit. As I remember, the aperitif board was much more varied (today it only contained terrine and sausage) and my Munster gratin did not have any slices of sausage... Whereas in memory, these slices covered the gratin by the past. An oversight perhaps? I wanted to be sure of what I was saying, by checking the photos from our previous visits. However, the experience remains positive, we had a good time there and the dishes eaten by the other members of my family were identical to those I had experienced.

Cuisine is limited and without frills, but definitely recommended.

Very nice little restaurant (7 tables and they are only occupied once so it's better to reserve).
The whole family conjures up a wonderful evening. Regional ingredients very well and cleverly prepared, simply delicious. Very pleasant service, great wines and beers. We were thrilled!!!

A hearty and very tasty stopover.
Quality, fresh and above all homemade products and that's rare!
We have taken :
An inn salad which is a starter, yes yes
A shared XXL cordon bleu (800g), each one their own, i.e. 400g
And for dessert, more than delicious coffee
And we promise to come back to perhaps taste the fried carp and Vacherin cheese, we’ll see!

There were two of us and one chose the lunch menu (28 euros, an unbeatable value considering the quality) and the other chose a starter and an à la carte main course (served without waiting, of high quality and surprisingly creative). Wine offered by the glass according to a judicious choice. Competent and friendly service. What more can I add, otherwise: Bravo! Congratulations to everyone, to the owners and their motivated team! Best wishes! We will come back with pleasure.
