01/11/2023: Recently renovated hotel, very clean, run by a young, friendly, efficient team, we were in the magnificent room on the 2nd floor decorated with great taste, more spacious, super comfortable and quiet with a magnificent view of the Agriates. Meal at the restaurant on the terrace, hearty breakfast, I really recommend this stopover with a guaranteed change of scenery.

Delicious and generous dishes accompanied by a very good red wine.

02/01/2024: Passing through Corte for the day during a road trip, we had reservations at this charming restaurant. The welcome was perfect. The magnificent setting) We were a large group of 15 people and yet everything was done to make us feel good (proposal to eat outside or inside, shade and sun). the service was perfect, just right, neither too long nor too fast and the dishes delicious. You can go there with your eyes closed.

Staff speaks several languages and special requests are catered for.
It was even pointed out again that a desert was included for the children. Simply great.
26/09/2023: well located restaurant, friendly welcome, quality cuisine, the Corsican ham bone soup is delicious, although I preferred the Corsican soup in Bonifacio, the myrtle sausages excellent.

05/04/2024: What should you write that hasn't already been written? A nice restaurant but nothing special for my taste, I don't understand the good reviews. The steaks, not as I know them, they made an effort, the place with the guests is very loud. Cozy, oh well. The service is ......, certainly to be improved in terms of friendliness.
05/04/2024: I finally found a formula that brings together a beautiful overview of Corsican gastronomy. Be careful, the platter is very generous. The only downside is that the wine served with the gourmet platter is quite average. Warm welcome and pleasant surroundings.

I particularly recommend that you stop off one evening to enjoy it! Very good value for money, even if the price of bottles of wine is excessive...
