01/04/2024: An exceptional place in an exceptional setting. The welcome is warm, the service is attentive with little touches that make the difference. The cuisine combines tradition and modernity, with original proposals and careful presentation. Congratulations to the team behind the scenes, who we can guess are passionate. It is now an obligatory stop on each of our visits to Cauterets. If you have to choose just one, this is the shelter you should head to.

The site is remarkable, at the foot of the waterfalls. I recommend and we will come back.

31/03/2024: “Sunday: 11-3 p.m. Brunch”. We arrive at 1 p.m. but it's too late to be served. Don't be surprised that people prefer McDonald's, you can't eat anywhere else in this city, unless you're there at the minute.

All the guests were charmed by the setting and the quality of the cuisine. Local products, very well cooked and accompanied. We highly recommend this establishment which is aware of what is best with local products.

The duck lacks taste, cooking was not respected.
On the other hand, the fries are very good.
