16/02/2024: The cuisine is fantastic and the staff in the dining room and in the kitchen are extremely friendly. We feasted. The restaurant has a good reputation so the room is often full, which makes it extremely noisy given its small size.

Miguel the chef shared with us his passion for open cuisine with a South American-Asian French influence... we were at the bar in front of the kitchen....
We saw everything tasted with our eyes before our taste buds!!!
We enjoyed everything our daughters too including the 14 year old INCREDIBLE 🤣
Thank you, it’s a beautiful memory for our eldest’s 20th birthday.

27/03/2024: It's extremely rare that I give a restaurant 5 stars but this one really deserves them and is worth the trip!
The recipes are very original. They surprise but always positively, their creation is exquisite: worthy of a starred restaurant, for the price of a small neighborhood restaurant. The service is perfect (the dishes are not only explained in great detail but also presented in great simplicity).
Such quality deserves a setting that better showcases it than this small premises on rue de la Roquette.
Unfortunately, I bet that given the quality of this place, it will soon no longer be possible to book less than a few weeks in advance...

14/03/2024: Typically, I’m not a huge fan of hotel restaurants. They often feeling a bit ingenuine; adopted for a wide clientele, tending towards safety in menu, flavours and presentation. In so, I would argue Café M is somewhat of a gem. While I only stopped for lunch I had a very enjoyable meal, devoid of the typical sacrifices of identity so often seen in hotels. I would attribute a certain artistic flair to their cusine, particularly in plating, that much exceeded my expectations. Sure, the businesslike atmosphere isn’t ideal, and going through the lobby to get to the café feels cumbersome. But for what it is, it shines on food.

06/04/2024: A really excellent restaurant and for me the best we have tried so far in Paris. Typically French dishes, but also components from neighboring countries such as Spain and Italy are included. That's just great. This is part of a visit to Paris and enjoying this form of cuisine.
We'll definitely come back.

The staff is very welcoming and attentive, Amelia the manager is more than professional and knew how to welcome us properly.

05/04/2024: 5 stars because more is not possible, although this restaurant deserves at least double! What a great experience this dinner with friends at Servan was! A very fine meal, served by a very attentive team, very good advice, the servers are very professional and dynamic, passionate, they know their job inside out! We really had a great time, with a menu worthy of the greatest chefs, in a very warm atmosphere, with top-notch service! I recommend Le Servan with your eyes closed!
