24/03/2024: Our experience could be better.
I asked for a glass of wine of their recommendation, and they brought a Pinot noir that it seemed to be open for way too long, since it was a bit acid. My wife ordered a lemonade but a sprite came, maybe it was a translation error, but I’ve included a picture of the menu.
We ordered a tarte flambee (flammkuchen) and a ravioli with salmon sauce. The tarte was a bit dry and the ravioli was ok. The service was a bit slow, there were not a lot of people in the restaurant and the food took some time to arrive.
24/03/2024: The food is not homemade!! A pizza that doesn't look like a pizza, industrial dough and probably frozen ingredients. You can't even see the ingredients on the pizza. The appetizers don't have the usual taste. Restaurant attracts tourists!

01/04/2024: We discovered this cellar yesterday during a family meal, and frankly don't hesitate to take a look, you won't be disappointed!
The welcome is warm, the staff are pleasant and smiling. The service is fast, and they always make sure we don’t miss anything! The dishes are plentiful and delicious!! We will come back ;)

06/04/2024: 4 nights in this lovely hotel. Clean rooms, great bathroom. The food was good and the staff was very flexible. Ideal place to visit Colmar, go hiking, or experience the wine culture of this area.
05/04/2024: We ate in the restaurant. It was very good. We can recommend rösti, spaetzle and tarte flambée.

02/04/2024: Very good food in a beautiful vaulted cellar. The service was very good and all the waitresses were very friendly. We had the melted cheese with potatoes and ham, the tartare and various desserts. Everything was excellent including the Pinot Noir.
30/03/2024: Very unfriendly and dismissive service! The restaurant had no guests except for one other table and within the first few minutes we were treated so annoyed and rude by the older gentleman that we decided to leave quickly. We didn't want to let such behavior ruin our evening. You don't treat guests in such a way that you snap at them cheekily for no reason. Totally missed the job, really! We can't say anything about the food. The ambience actually seemed quite nice.

18/03/2024: A wonderful, delicious dinner in a pleasant atmosphere. The service didn't make us wait unnecessarily long either. Still a star deduction because the tasting menu was now 20% more expensive than stated on their website.
