Les meilleurs restaurants en Cervione

05/12/2023: We were lured by the Michelin stickers and after eating we looked for a hidden second restaurant. :-) So that's about the level of cooking sophistication you'd expect from relatives who like frozen and ready-made meals. Salad with old dressing and olives that were sad next to the wrinkled slice of tomato. The meal came with potatoes that were a funny yellow color (probably curry, for whatever reason...) and were cooked for a very very very long time. The salad made its second appearance here. Only the olives had given up. The dessert... well, it was fun. Panna cotta in a can. With a strawberry sauce that was sweeter than sugar can actually be. We laughed with every course...

19/10/2023: Beautiful terrace. Typical atmosphere and very good Corsican menu. We tasted Corsican charcuterie, cheese fritters and veal escalope with local hazelnuts. Good choice of wine and myrtle liqueur! Cheap pizza but small and not cooked over a wood fire. Good all the same.

12/10/2023: I was lured by the good reviews and was more than just bitterly disappointed. So much so that you almost had to be angry with the other reviewers. Corsican spaghetti with meatballs. Spaghetti lukewarm and dry, Mettbällchen (no joke) ice cold and (really no joke) still frozen at the core (!). An ice cube that tasted like raw meat wasn't necessarily the taste experience I wanted. You probably warmed both up temporarily in the microwave. When the ice cream in the balls finally started to melt, the Mettballchen became one liverwurst-like disaster. I almost vomited. To make matters worse, the boss was also unusually pushy and tended to not really be able to see the boundaries of strangers. Extremely uncomfortable. I felt incredibly sorry for a German family at the next table who was completely irritated by this and who barely knew how to deal with it. If in doubt, it's better to visit the other restaurants - or go hungry and wait until the next day if you can't find anything late in the evening. You'll thank me.

17/11/2023: We hebben 1 november jl een huisje op de camping gereserveerd. Een week later bleek toch dat we niet op deze datum vrij konden krijgen. We hebben ruim €1000,- aanbetaald voor een vakantie in augustus 2024. We kregen niets hiervan terug, terwijl het pas over 3/4 jaar is en het huisje zeer waarschijnlijk dezelfde dag weer opnieuw verhuurd is. Dit vind ik echt associaal. De camping en ook het restaurant horen bij een grote keten campings waar ,denk ik, een zakenman aan het hoofd staat. Je kunt ze niet eens bellen en je krijgt een standaard mail terug. Wij verhuren zelf in Nederland ook vakantiehuisjes en wij doen nooit moeilijk als een langere tijd vsn tevoren geannuleerd wordt. De klant is dan blij en komt weer terug. Ons zien ze niet meer terug en verliezen daarmee ook een vast klant in hun restaurant.

07/11/2023: Sehr nette Leute. Extrem saubere Sanitäranlage. Wir eine Familie mit Kindern 6 & 8 Jahre konnten 14 super Tage genießen.
