28/03/2024: Passing through Saint Dizier for professional reasons, I had the opportunity with "local" colleagues to eat twice in this restaurant in two weeks!
The dishes are tasty and plentiful, the waitresses are cheerful and professional!
Nothing to complain about, well yes: If I come back to St Dizier I would come back to eat here :)

Indeed, as the name suggests you have to be calm to eat there... don't be in a hurry, far from it, 1h30 there and we were only able to eat one plate. When we point this out to the "chef", who is more interested in discussing with his colleagues than serving the dishes that are ready on the flat pass and that the sushi no longer stands because they have waited on the table, he tells us that this is our fault because we had ordered a second one.
So we left before the end of the meal.
Very disappointed. The “boss” seems to be beyond reproach.
I do not recommend it!!!!

01/04/2024: Tasty, quick smiley service, salad as an optional extra with the pancake, at no extra cost. Good value for money prices. Get here early on busy days as even on Easter Monday it was nearly full for lunch. I recommend the cider, they have sweet or brut. Near the centre, has a clean toilet. You can pay by card. Both savoury pancakes and salads, and sweet pancakes. The owner knows the locals by name!

01/04/2024: Great discovery... well-stocked daily menu... the staff is super friendly... if you like the human side, good food, then you're in the right place, even the customers are great... old-timers in the area with who to discuss the boss is really attentive
In short, if you're upset and want to eat gourmet food, don't come 🤣😂 real, authentic people, it's a pleasure. In addition, a special Easter menu, so obviously a little more expensive, but it was still not expensive
