02/04/2024: During a family lunch, we tasted fine, refined and well presented dishes and products. The service was pleasant but the fact of telling us what was served on the plate was lacking (we were guests and had not chosen our dishes from the menu or the menu) The setting is typical and the exterior is vast and green. 12/03/2024: I go to the terrace of their lakeside hotel, I'm waiting for a friend to spend the evening, first a waitress offers me a drink and so I specify that I'm waiting for someone then the manager comes to see me and asks me if I want a drink, so I tell him again that I'm waiting for someone and he tells me again that I have to order a drink otherwise I have to leave looking unpleasant, haughty and arrogant. This is the first time I have been welcomed like this and I plan to talk about it to my acquaintances so that the information gets out. A catering manager must properly welcome and respect that we want to wait out of respect for the person who joins us. There, I simply saw a money-hungry c******.

01/04/2024: Very pleasant welcome, very efficient and smiling staff. The Easter brunch offers a large savory and sweet choice, however it lacks plants (no or few vegetables). A little more salad or something else would have been welcome (during the period of the first asparagus or artichokes). The whole brunch is excellent however, the foie gras fabulous, as well as the seafood not to mention the dessert buffet, delicious. I give 4 stars just for the lack of plants in my opinion.

03/03/2024: The LA TABLE restaurant is located in the Ermitage hotel, Evian resort. The parking lot is that of the hotel. The Sunday brunch at 65 euros is a real treat, very varied and magnificent. You will serve yourself pastries, starters, side dishes, cheese and desserts and you will be served meat and fish. Various fruit juices, coffee and herbal teas are included. Only wines and champagne are extra at very affordable prices. The place is superb with a terrace and a breathtaking view of Lake Geneva.

04/09/2023: Beautiful view, but noisy, a road passes in front of the non-air-conditioned hotel, so in August very hard with the heat

26/08/2023: Great promise on the site but very, very big disappointment in reality. The photos of the rooms on the site do not correspond to the one we had. It feels like the 80s and no refresh of it. Room maintenance is half done (shower done every other day, presence of cobwebs and their creators). A slightly light breakfast and in a cheese region, we dare to use Babybel*, Kiri*, Saint Moret*. There were only 3 poor pieces of tome present. Shame!!! Small bonus, sauna included! And yes, 39 degrees in the shade and of course no air conditioning in the rooms. And the only explanation for this absence is “we are on heatwave alert and we are a family, we have to live well”. Not to mention the accusations of having stained the towels when, for reasons of economy, they were not changed during our stay. Not even a kind word to explain things, for each concern raised, the response seemed very aggressive. In summary, boycott this establishment.
