09/03/2024: A nugget! Magnificent person, the cooking is a delight, all in simplicity. The children loved the chatrée soup and the fondue, they who only see us by the fried nuggets. Thank you again for this moment. We recommend.

05/04/2024: Authentic people and really tasty cuisine. Desserts were presented with passion, so a very tasty creme brûlée with genepi (x2) had to be included.

28/03/2024: We really enjoyed this restaurant!
Having eaten a champagne/morel fondue the day before at Fifine, we unfortunately did not taste the Septimiche de la Mezzanine with the pain-caquelon.
But their pierrade made from local meat was excellent, as were the little homemade sauces.
And to finish off I had the profiterole for dessert which is a huge éclair made with vanilla ice cream and hot chocolate… a killer too.
The staff are really friendly and welcoming.
The decor is very mountain-style and the mirror walls give a very successful impression of space. I recommend it!

The food is very tasty there. The cuisine is excellent
26/03/2024: Very nice and helpful waiter. A bit of a wait for the few customers. Tartiflette made with fries so we were disappointed and supermarket cold cuts. We do not recommend this dish. A little high addition considering the quality (40€).
Otherwise, very well located, very pleasant terrace.

19/02/2024: Loop hike accessible over 10km. Departure from Lac des Mines d'Or, Chalets de Fréterolle and return to the lake via the forest of the same name.
A beer on the terrace on the way back when the weather permits.
A beautiful day in this beautiful valley a few km from Morzine.

04/04/2024: Superb place, perfect place to eat in a group, there are very large tables. The decor is great. The service is fast. I have a downside on the contents of the plates which are not necessarily to my taste. Salmon for example.... Filled with water and ultra salty.
Excellent apple crumble but why put raisins in it without mentioning it?
On the other hand, the hot box is excellent.
You have to go there to form your own opinion.
Personally I would go back but take more fish and chips which seems to be their strong point
01/04/2024: We had the steak, chicken burger, fondue, and nachos, alongside a dark and stormy cocktail. All the food was pleasant but nothing sensational, the cocktail was good. The service was very pleasant and efficient. The ambience was bounie. If you're there when the dog sits in the armchair, it's always 5 stars.

10/03/2024: My partner and I came to spend the weekend and we are delighted with this great discovery.
The hotel is really warm and superbly decorated, a magical place.
The places are very clean and everything is available to spend a relaxing time. The rooms are quiet and comfortable.
The bus stop is right next to the hotel, which is convenient for going skiing or otherwise.
The staff are really lovely, and take great care of their customers, we really feel that it is a family place.
We will come back with pleasure.

01/04/2024: My friend and I were lucky enough to eat at this restaurant in Samoëns. 30/3 The gentleman who served us on Saturday night had really good service! Even though we didn't speak French and could only communicate in some English, he still didn't feel impatient but enthusiastically explained the food to us (really very happy for someone who is not familiar with the local culture).
In addition, the food is also delicious, but the cheese hot pot may not be finished by two people 😂 The white wine brought out after the cheese is really perfect. I have a small glass of Genepi at the end, it tastes good. Thank you again to the service staff for taking me Learn about local cuisine.

03/04/2024: Meal with my husband this Sunday, March 31. The staff very kindly agreed to serve me a Savoyard fondue for myself. My husband had a queen pizza which was also excellent. Very thin crust and lots of toppings. €58 for two with aperitif, wine at the table and digestive for my husband. I recommend 100%.

11/03/2024: Great hotel. Good rooms. Excellent staff. Perfect facilities. We had a great stay here for a 3 day ski weekend. The hotel staff were freindly and helpful. The steam & sauna rooms excellent. The restaurant food was exceptional. We'd stay again!
