And the walk to Lake Isaby is easy and quick, 45 minutes. A must do. This lake is magnificent, and the stream that runs down from it is splendid.
21/03/2024: The perspective from the northern sector is particularly beautiful under the snow. Snowshoes and cross-country skis can be practiced in complete safety.

03/04/2024: Special reservation for 50 people during the off-season. The team took into account all our constraints and adapted to offer us a quality service. Smiling, warm and human welcome. All the guests were charmed by the setting and the quality of the cuisine. Local products, very well cooked and accompanied. We highly recommend this establishment which is aware of what is best with local products.

The duck lacks taste, cooking was not respected.
On the other hand, the fries are very good.

The cuisine combines tradition and modernity, with original proposals and careful presentation. Congratulations to the team behind the scenes, who we can guess are passionate. It is now an obligatory stop on each of our visits to Cauterets. If you have to choose just one, this is the shelter you should head to.
01/04/2024: Very nice discovery. Impeccable service, calm and pleasant atmosphere.
The site is remarkable, at the foot of the waterfalls. I recommend and we will come back.
