Very expensive for the quality of the cuisine.
The duck lacks taste, cooking was not respected.
On the other hand, the fries are very good.

01/04/2024: An exceptional place in an exceptional setting. The welcome is warm, the service is attentive with little touches that make the difference. The cuisine combines tradition and modernity, with original proposals and careful presentation. Congratulations to the team behind the scenes, who we can guess are passionate. It is now an obligatory stop on each of our visits to Cauterets. If you have to choose just one, this is the shelter you should head to.
01/04/2024: Very nice discovery. Impeccable service, calm and pleasant atmosphere.
The site is remarkable, at the foot of the waterfalls. I recommend and we will come back.

Experience to be repeated. The cuisine is simple but diligent and successful. The staff is very attentive, efficient and smiling. A very pleasant moment. The Chalet's plate is very welcome to get in shape before a short walk in the neighboring forest... Skipping the scoop of ice cream also allowed me to climb the path to the Fruitière without difficulty. .. The whipped cream with the tart is delicious (don't skip it). Thank you for your kindness to the particularly cute little dog (Russel is his name) and to the “Lady” at the service who has a great sense of humor 😸

22/03/2024: A break at the Basque farm on the route of our hike from Cauteret. Tasting delicious crepes. Friendly welcome, beautiful view of the city and the mountain from the sun terrace. Purchase of honey from a local producer and possibility of purchasing other local products, garbure.....

03/04/2024: Delicious homemade crepes, charming place, very mountain-like, with a very attentive lady who attended to us. I went two days in a row because I liked it so much. Both the crepes and the menu of the day, everything was very delicious and with good portions.
