03/03/2024: We had an absolutely lovely weekend. It was an opportunity for a real break where everything was calm and voluptuous luxury. Our room was beautiful, cozy and very quiet. The bedding is exceptional and the view is very beautiful. We had dinner twice at the restaurant. Everything was finely refined and very well balanced. The quantity on the plates was just right. The service is attentive and the staff are very friendly. We would particularly like to thank Marc and Roma for their attention and Matthieu the pastry chef for his kindness and his culinary creations. This hotel received the award for the best breakfast in the world and it is not stolen. We don't know what to choose between wild salmon smoked at the castle, Mathieu's pastries, homemade jams, exceptional honeys, homemade yogurts or even fresh fruit.... The reception staff are very friendly. There is also a spa and a jacuzzi that can be privatized for an hour. Brief ! Only happiness. We will come back for sure. Isaure and Jean-Philippe

29/02/2024: Magnificent residence, magnificent relaxation areas, a warm setting, how beautiful this castle is! Wow! And our room (30), a perfect cozy cocoon! Very small disappointment at dinner… a little below what we expected but the service was impeccable and pleasant!

26/03/2024: Very good bakery. I tested the breads, perfect cooking and present flavor. Excellent pastry, I recommend the salted butter caramel éclairs, killer! But everything else is the same... Excellent!

23/03/2024: A delicious time spent at the inn. Service with a smile, quality cuisine, all in a Solognote atmosphere. In short, it's a second visit for us who are not from the area and it's always a pleasure.

29/03/2024: It’s really just perfect!!! The welcome, the place, the pastries!! divine 🙏 The royal chocolate/hazelnut is to die for!!! We really taste strong, raw chocolate but softened by this delicious hazelnut taste!! And the lemon tart, nothing to say, it’s good, very good!! well executed, crispy, creamy, tangy and with a real lemon taste, no coloring or chemicals and it smells!!! THANKS

30/12/2023: Bold, surprising and delicious cuisine. We returned a dish because it was very very salty, it came back a little too salty, too bad it was scrambled eggs. We were not offered coffee or hot drinks!. Chairs are extremely uncomfortable over 30 years old!!! What a shame for such a refined place and such a precious chef.

29/12/2023: Creative dishes using simple seasonal products, with a desire to please us, and a fair balance of flavors serving the basic product. The service is impeccable, the plates and cutlery are superb, carefully selected, the atmosphere is peaceful, a pure moment of happiness for all the senses, well done!

03/04/2024: Good restaurant with fairly typical decoration However if you are hungry, there are other more generous Lebanese, the portions here are really small and the staff really not accommodating

01/04/2024: While passing through Tours for the weekend, we discovered this address by chance and we were not disappointed. Great welcome and service from Ali who went out of his way because he was all alone in the dining room, he kept in a good mood to serve us excellent food! We ate really well, it was plentiful, well seasoned and above all delicious. If you go to Tours I can only recommend this address for traveling to Lebanon. 🌟

20/03/2024: Very very good restaurant never disappointed with the dishes and the service by the 2 young people, nothing to say, nice, polite. The only 2 negative points, if we can say that, are the background music, something that sounds like it's at a funfair, and the bread basket has 3 or 4 slices in drops. Otherwise great, nothing to say, very satisfied.

05/04/2024: Ordered two set meals, each costing ~ €17. The set meal includes miso soup, salad and a bowl of rice, all three of which are average. However, the sashimi is fresh, and the California rolls, salmon rolls, dumplings and skewers are all delicious. We came here around 7 to 8 pm, many locals bought takeaways here. This is really a popular restaurant.

22/03/2024: Wow. To begin with, we were greeted by a very friendly and kind young girl. Very friendly family restaurant, it was a pleasure to stay and chat a little with the owners. What else can we say other than finalist in the French Burgers Cup? Nothing, the mixture of flavors is just a treat for the taste buds, fresh and high quality products. Special mention for the value for money which has no equal. Thank you to all three of you and good luck for the future.

24/03/2024: Very good restaurant! A la carte dishes that are out of the ordinary. Restaurant right in the center but far from the crowds, a nice little place! The boss is super nice! And we eat very well there! I had a great time.

30/03/2024: Very nice. I liked the "Pirate" size cocktail (really huge) and the accompaniments were nice (vegetables to munch on so as not to gain 3kg, it's great) And what's more, we can play board games if we want.
