06/04/2024: As soon as we arrived at Sushi GM, we were enveloped by a warm atmosphere that promised a great evening. The menu immediately seduced us with its diversity and its promise of authentic flavors. Every sushi we tasted was a masterpiece, combining fresh, high-quality ingredients that danced harmoniously in the mouth. The chef's talent and creativity was evident in every bite. The service was simply impeccable, with special attention that made our experience even more enjoyable. The dish that particularly captured our hearts was the Tempura Roll – a true delight that delighted our taste buds. The elegant yet cozy setting added the perfect touch to our evening. Sushi GM has become our go-to for an exceptional sushi experience, and we can't wait to return to experience even more of their culinary artistry. A real treasure for lovers of Japanese cuisine! It was my girlfriend's birthday which we celebrated discreetly because she is very shy. The manager offered him some small treats before leaving. Thank you for being sincerely kind to us. Hoping to return very soon.

29/03/2024: Best sushi in the region for us. We are lucky to be able to compare it with the sushi of Japan, and those of Sushi Lauv are very close. The atmosphere is nice, the welcome is very friendly, and the sushi and other items are simply perfect! Thank you for treating us! See you soon :)

18/03/2024: Sick twice after ordering from this store. An obvious hygiene problem given the 2 food poisonings that I suffered with my family. A health check is necessary. A catastrophic night of vomiting and a whole day of comatose…. I made the mistake of recommending to please the children, I paid for it with my health in addition to an excessive bill. 29/02/2024: We ate yesterday afternoon at Fujisan restaurant. The sushi was delicious. Express menus are interesting in terms of value for money. The sushi is affordable and not too expensive. However, you have to be careful when adding the bill because the waitress added two extra drinks to me even though I hadn't ordered any.

16/03/2024: I didn't find ANY taste of Asia in this food. Basic rice, Miso which has no taste, astronomical price for the quality provided, to avoid.

03/03/2024: The best Japanese restaurant in Colmar. We always order there when we want sushi, and every time it's delicious. The fish is fresh and delicious, the seasoning of the different ingredients is perfect. The delivery man with mid-length hair is always super friendly, always smiling, and very professional, thanks to him. the best of the best! I recommend 200% 👍

30/03/2024: The best Asian restaurant in Colmar! I've never had such good ramen anywhere else than here!

23/03/2024: Best Japanese in Colmar. This is a restaurant where the owners are real Japanese. Be careful not to come here for the decoration: that is not the main thing. Moreover, the owner is alone in the dining room serving so it is not particularly quick. On the other hand, the dishes are all exceptionally good. The fish is of unrivaled freshness and quality in Colmar. The only downside is the price: but you have to pay for quality, that’s for sure!
