04/04/2024: Emblematic place in Chaumont. Delicious cuisine, a very warm welcome! The owners are adorable ☺️ and take great care of their customers. I highly recommend it!

04/04/2024: Restaurant that has declined in quality over the years. Indeed, as the name suggests you have to be calm to eat there... don't be in a hurry, far from it, 1h30 there and we were only able to eat one plate. When we point this out to the "chef", who is more interested in discussing with his colleagues than serving the dishes that are ready on the flat pass and that the sushi no longer stands because they have waited on the table, he tells us that this is our fault because we had ordered a second one. So we left before the end of the meal. Very disappointed. The “boss” seems to be beyond reproach. I do not recommend it!!!!

16/03/2024: Non-chalant welcome from the waitress. Very good cuisine. Waitress in too much of a hurry to close the restaurant. No dessert no coffee you leave.

24/02/2024: Very nice discovery! The food is very good and the atmosphere is calm. Our son had a blast!
