31/03/2024: Dear, I would like to send you this letter to express my deep disappointment regarding an incident that occurred during our recent visit to your establishment on March 29, 2024. First of all, allow me to point out that we had a pleasant time at your establishment and that we greatly appreciated the quality of your service as well as the delicacy of your dishes. However, an event occurred at the end of the meal which considerably tainted our experience. In fact, knowing that friends were coming the next day to celebrate a birthday, I asked the sommelier to prepare a bottle of champagne for their aperitif. I was extremely upset to find that this request had been forgotten and that the bottle of champagne was only given to my friends at the end of the meal. This negligence on the part of your team is simply unacceptable, especially for an establishment of your reputation and standing. (1 Michelin guide star and Relais Château…) I am deeply disappointed, I expected impeccable service from your team. In the hope that you give due importance to this incident and that corrective measures are taken to prevent such a situation from happening again in the future.
