28/03/2024: Wonderful welcome, the dishes are succulent and in abundance, whether starters, main courses or desserts. A plethora of dishes, we don't know where to start, there is something for everyone. We will return with great pleasure as always.

04/04/2024: First time in this hotel and it is without regret that we packed our bags for two days in this very beautiful establishment in Mont de Marsan. We appreciated the warm and professional welcome from the staff. Our room Number 6 was large and spacious with a sleeping area and a large space in the middle with a desk and a sofa. And on the other side a very beautiful bathroom including bathtub and walk-in shower. And a separate WC but adjoining the bathroom. The view of the Douze and Midou rivers is magnificent. The hotel is ideally located in the city center and yet it is very pleasant and very quiet. Special mention for the hotel's private parking which allows you to park your car in complete safety. We were not able to discover the recently starred gourmet restaurant because we were staying for a funeral but we will come back without hesitation. Do not hesitate to book directly on the hotel website because the prices are very attractive. Sincerely

02/04/2024: A stop by pure chance before a weekend in the Landes! We had a table for 2, it was the last one and luckily! A great welcome! Very good value for money and really great dishes that I'll leave with you in photos! A beautiful wine cellar 🍷 and beautiful dishes too (it’s not the quality of the dishes but we also eat with our eyes, right?!) We will come back with pleasure 😄 Thank you to the whole team who were really pleasant throughout the meal and see you soon 🥘

03/04/2024: Hello, I would like to leave you a little notice today to express a little dissatisfaction... I love your restaurant and I am a very good customer who comes to eat at your place as soon as possible, especially pizzas which for me are the best in Mont de Marsan! However last night, I didn't understand... The pizza was small on the plate, it looked like a child's pizza, the edges which are usually well inflated like the pizzas you find in Naples were very flat none volume and the dough was greasy whereas usually this is not the case... First big disappointment for me when it's usually perfect I insist! Next time I hope to find my Neapolitan pizzas that I love so much and that this time was just a small accident... Thank you for your consideration and see you soon!

24/03/2024: We had reserved for 14 people, everyone's opinions are almost similar, it's good, well presented with visible effort on the entrance, the service is quite fast. The restaurant is quite cramped, but in no way stuffy. The “server boss” is doing his best. The Saturday menu at 29 euros was very correct, well proportioned and a free aperitif.

31/03/2024: A great setting and a good welcome. We serve you while you order a really delicious little cauliflower soup. It’s simple and well-made homemade. I had a vegetable and goat’s cheese tart. The chocolate cake is perfect, the chocolate is intense. It's warm and cool. I would love to go back there for brunch! I recommend this address

We had a reservation for Saturday evening, we found the door closed, the owner of the place claims to have warned us a few days before but I did not receive this call otherwise why would we have waited half an hour in front of this restaurant and above all reserved a guest room not being from Mont de Marsan? I called back this Tuesday, no excuses, no explanations either. Just an adorable employee. The boss didn't even speak to me on the phone!! I find this attitude disrespectful. Very bad experience!! No going to eat there

22/03/2024: Takeaway order today.... I didn't know this restaurant. (Yes I don’t really know Mont de Marsan) I had Agnolotti with truffle... and a trompe l'oeil dessert (on the advice of the lady I spoke on the phone) A DELIGHT !!! sincerely ! The Agnolotti were in good proportion, the taste was there, opening the lid the smell of truffle made my colleagues salivate 🤣. The trick.. a big strawberry with a delicious taste, a cookie..😋. I won't spoil any more!! My meal was perfect!!! I will come back with family. THANKS

18/03/2024: At the phase of the first crescent of the moon, my colleagues and I wanted to sustain ourselves in another way, our choice fell on the shop of the Maria pizzeria, not very reputable at first glance but moderately accepting of some additional finances a coachman who can drop off our pittance at the entrance to the castle. What was our confusion when we received our due to pay with our finest purses filled with gold shields. My heart was set on a burger pizza which in appearance looked more like an error of nature, the taste was not up to my taste buds and the title of the aforementioned, I'm not talking about not the coldness of the pizza… I wasn't expecting anything but I'm still disappointed.
