05/04/2024: Very nice hotel which allows you to go to the zoo quickly on foot about 5-10 minutes
Room ok even if a little oversight on the part of the cleaning staff (forgot a towel, nothing serious and perfect hygiene) and very fine insulation where you can hear the neighbors/children
Restaurant ok even if I admit that I would have liked more choice in terms of dishes
Small downside: the catering staff who seemed lost at times with forgotten orders or table order errors heard several times by table neighbors or even us (I suppose there is recent recruitment in holiday view) but very friendly staff

02/04/2024: My last experience dating from March 20, 2024 was more than unpleasant, order placed at the terminal at 8:45 p.m., almost no one inside at least waiting, the staff arguing in front of the customers therefore served at 9:10 p.m., the fries around a 20th of prepared in advance for quite a while so cold, the burgers which do not correspond to the order. In short, no rush to go back. Damage.

03/04/2024: Great Experience at Le Clipper. The waiter, Fred, was very nice and friendly. Food was great. Almost not wait time. We barely had the time to make our order, than our drinks were already on the table. Special kudos to their cocktail apprentice. He made really, really good cocktails, and his highly professional for his young age. My family and I were genuinely impressed by the overall quality, we had a great time!
01/04/2024: The pizzas are good, but they are still industrial products...
Service that is expeditious to say the least, we feel that we have to move on and not hang around!

04/04/2024: I went to the restaurant today and I never post a review but what happened today is unacceptable. I had placed an internet order which did not work at the terminal. The person asked me to cancel the order which I did, right after telling me to go to another McDonald's. The problem is that my order being canceled I lost my points and this was not specified when requesting cancellation, I therefore point out the lack of professionalism of the staff who ask for things and do not repair their errors by the following. I do not recommend this restaurant unless you want to lose your points and have no compensation.
04/04/2024: In drive-through, a product is often missing and for ice cream there is always very little in the containers (always less than half)
At the price of the ice creams, they could be refilled normally
