02/04/2024: Romantic meal for lunch between visiting Cheverny and Chambord.
First time for us in a Michelin guide restaurant. Chosen after reading the many excellent, well-deserved comments.
Perfect welcome from arrival to departure and it's nothing compared to the plates.
Very well controlled cooking, exceptional blend of flavors.
Quality appetizers, far from the usual peanuts that make you want to move on.
For my part, I loved the cauliflower velouté with smoked salmon crumbs as much as the scallops and langoustines with fresh spinach and orange juice (subtle mix of acidity and sweetness).
On the gentleman's side: very tender and perfectly rare piece of beef, succulent mashed potatoes.
Followed by a perfectly successful rice pudding with an excellent vanilla taste.
And to finish off some colorful and tasty treats.
All for a bill of €105 with an aperitif, a bottle of sparkling water, a starter, two main courses, a dessert and a coffee.
Completely correct in view of the quality of service and dishes.
A must do if you are in the area!!

01/04/2024: Very pretty museum shop, very welcoming staff, available and smiling, even 5 minutes from closing. Delicious chocolates of course, otherwise why make the detour? :)

03/04/2024: It has all the makings of a Michelin-starred restaurant, well at least they try, very good service and cuisine but the wines are too expensive for what they are.
31/03/2024: We recommend this restaurant, recently taken over by new owners. The team is very welcoming, and the cuisine is very good with many seasonal and quality products, notably egg casserole and desserts with crème brûlée and fresh fruit salad.
With, in addition, several vegetarian options, which is rare in the region, thank you!

03/04/2024: Too bad we can't bring our own wine because they are OVER PRICE, they would be great wines ok but there...The pitchers or cubi would be highly recommended...Too expensive and little choice on the menus, too bad . Otherwise it's good.
31/03/2024: I would not give any stars and no photos very nice decor friendly staff kitchen not on appointment canelonni too cooked paintade too dry and panacota too liquid I do not recommend and I will not return price too high for the dish we served not on appointment and too much waiting
