03/04/2024: Come to eat with family for Easter. Menu at 50 euros for the occasion. 2 dishes of choice each time, very good idea. Not all restaurants do this for special occasions. Afterwards it's work, that's completely understandable. Exquisite salmon for the starter, with its virgin sauce. The perfect egg starter lives up to its name, simply perfect. The sauce is delicious, the asparagus is just crunchy. I was able to taste a little foie gras, still good too. Main course, for the occasion, lamb. Perfectly cooked, just pink. Impeccable wild garlic puree. The lobster looked good too. We asked for extra cheese, which was not included in the menu. For dessert, chocolate. Very light chocolate mousse base. A variation of apples was also offered. Perfect to end the meal. In this maze of compliments, there is a small downside: The service. By offering us an aperitif, after everyone had been served, a drink forgotten, despite the order written down on a paper. It can happen, there were people, we're not safe, but it shouldn't The service in general is a little hasty. This is just my impression but that's what I felt. To finish, clearing the table, no worries, on the other hand, setting the table, while the rest of the customers have barely finished their dessert, it's average. Maybe there was another service in the evening, but still. Despite this downside, no other false notes. Always a good address to recommend.
