06/04/2024: We were passing through the region on Wednesday. We ate in this restaurant which I highly recommend. Great lunch menu, fair price and super good service. Perfect service. I would like to thank the boss who also advised us on visits, including Pujols which we loved. Thank you.

18/10/2023: Le 9 is a pizza and burger restaurant situated in the bastide of Castillonnès. The service is very friendly and helpful. Food is good value for money. Seating inside or under the arcade is comfortable. Good selection of drinks and deserts. An excellent choice if you have a tight budget and want good food.
31/07/2023: After a series of intense work days, I wanted to sit down and finally have a real meal.
The 9 de Castillonnès is a real treat both in terms of quality and customer service. Generous and qualitative cuisine. A very friendly welcome. A very reasonable price.
I highly recommend.

19/10/2023: I ordered my pizza I saw that it tasted of cheese during my preparation and it's good to see the result at the end it's not very nice to see not even it makes a big not small very on top of the pizza

11/03/2024: Of course we only tested one room in which we spent 3 nights, but it was decorated with great taste and the photos seen on the site lead me to believe that the others are as well.
Not eating there, I can only comment on the breakfast, which I would describe as "perfect".
However, I would not like to end this review without talking about a particularity of this establishment which is the kindness and efficiency of its host who should give lessons to certain establishments in which the reception is sometimes "limited".
You will have understood, for me, this establishment fully deserves its 5 stars and as I was not able to judge the restaurant because it was not open (low season) we will definitely try it as soon as possible because I know that it will be perfectly in tune with the rest.
