Pleasant service but when noticing the absence of toilet paper in the women's toilets, unpleasant exchanges with the boss who considers that it is up to the customer to ensure that there is some. (at 8 a.m.!)
Still offered the drinks but still unfriendly.
30/03/2024: Lovely meal..quickly served although they were very busy. We were a family of 4 + a young baby..and we felt very comfortable there. Its a favourite for us.

01/04/2024: An extraordinary view, a very friendly welcome.
What can we say about the kitchen: perfect. No false notes until the simply exceptional dessert.
The breakfast is very generous, lots of choice.
The room is nice but the soundproofing isn't great, especially with insensitive neighbors who don't hesitate to slam suitcases on the stairs and talk loudly very early in the morning.

04/04/2024: First, a very unpleasant welcome when paying in cash, then I asked for a sauce, and they sent me away... Only 1 sauce for €17.30 spent! Very disappointed!

05/04/2024: Very unpleasant experience, arriving 20 minutes late (there were 8 of us) we were told that we can no longer order menus only at retail which is much more expensive. We order starter, main course and dessert. We are brought everything at the same time so we have to put the dish in a nearby table. Cold dish as a result. And we finished at the same time as the other customers. We're from the area and we won't be coming back for €276.
05/04/2024: The timing of the service was completely out of sync. We had barely received our starter when our main course arrived at the same time. This made our dining experience chaotic and not very enjoyable. The balance between the dishes was completely lacking, which greatly affected our appreciation of the flavors and our ability to fully enjoy the meal. Proper coordination would have been appreciated.

04/04/2024: Hello, epicureans. I had the opportunity to have lunch on the terrace in this restaurant. What I liked is that the products are mostly local, fresh and homemade. Mixed with a magnificent and authentic setting, plus welcoming, smiling and attentive staff. This gives us a wonderful moment of conviviality. I recommend.

The plates on a bed of salad, there is more salad than meat.
For 28 euros the chef's suggestion, you come out still hungry.
Still a tourist trap.

14/11/2023: What more can I say, it was just perfect! Warm setting, waitress and owner super friendly and attentive. We feel a very good organization, fortunately because there are a lot of people. We showed up at 12:20 p.m., and the owner reserved a table for us for 1:30 p.m. with a smile. Vine omelette: just divine and hearty.
Reservations strongly recommended, very affordable prices.

Very poorly eaten, salmon marinated in dill with a bad taste and a bad color. Overcooked porcini omelette, bland and porcini oozing water. This is the first time in 5 years that I have eaten so poorly in this place. Unsuitable staff, aggressive boss..... not tolerant. No misunderstanding about the fact that these dishes are bad. No price level arrangements. And it's a scam...at the level of these employees.

We will survey our friends, families, customers and customers of your brand in Figeac and we hope to come back to you with at least one positive opinion.
We hope that you will have a positive next experience in your comments, which will better reflect our scrupulous respect for the publication processes on this page. For us, commentators (but especially customers), relationships are essential and we ensure that a McDonald's restaurant like yours does not get too much of a blow in the comments. This is why we will make sure, after our next visit, to bring you the best commentary experience ever had in France. This will do at least one positive thing during our next visit.
(No need to respond. This comment is just there to parody the uselessness of the responses given to comments from customers of this McDonald's, when no improvement has ever been made for years)
Be careful, though, I was sick the penultimate time and my daughter was sick during our last visit. We will no longer go: Three hours to wait for a few menus, served with the kindness of a prison door, and which are systematically missing something, it was heavy, already... Risking food poisoning, that's too much, though.
31/03/2024: Does not work. I took an order on the Macdo+ application, I use my points, I arrive there, I am told that it is impossible to serve because it is closed due to a problem. Result: no more points, no meal.
