20/09/2023: C'est notre deuxième expérience au sein de ce bel établissement tenu par un couple charmant et amoureux de son métier. Nous avons dormi dans la chambre rococo noire, jolie et élégante. La literie est excellente. Quant à la table du restaurant que dire à part que l'expérience est digne d'un restaurant étoilé. Les plats sont une véritable alchimie des saveurs. La maîtrise est impressionnante autant visuelle que gustative . Il y a une pépite dans les Cévennes. Gourmands et gourmets n'hésitez pas à franchir les portes de l'hôtel St Sauveur.

07/01/2024: This place is sublime. On the one hand because the building is incredibly beautiful, it's simple, you have the impression of arriving in a fairy tale castle. (arrived in the evening, it was splendid) On the other hand, sublime thanks to the people who work there. From the moment you set foot inside, everything is human warmth, kindness and good humor. In winter you will find lounges with fireplaces for lounging around by the fire, it’s super pleasant. Our room was very good, obviously don't expect the height of modernity because that's not what we're looking for when staying here. You will instead find a chatelaine decoration so warm in which you feel good! The dinner was great also brief it's perfect go ahead don't listen to the negative comments these people have no taste.

27/12/2023: Quality service, beautiful setting, however the castle and the rooms are very old, in some places dilapidated, deserve a good renovation. Too bad at this price.

20/10/2023: Just perfect ! Despite waiting a quarter of an hour for the table (he had group meals), we were welcomed and served with kindness and professionalism! The pizzas are divine, emphasis on local products: flour, external meat!...Support for regional producers! I recommend ++++you don't have to go anywhere else to eat in a beautiful setting by the river, a typical place if you visit Meyrueis!

17/10/2023: Small, nice hotel, quiet, well located, ideal for spending a weekend. The welcome is very friendly, good value for money.

16/10/2023: Place to avoid, the waitress is unpleasant and makes comments like this, the dish is cold because you eat outside, bread as hard as concrete because she "cuts it in the morning". The quality of the food leaves something to be desired. too bad the frame is not bad, really disappointed.
