05/04/2024: Magnificent place, absolutely worth visiting. The wonderful guide told us the history of this place full of events, partly restored for certain pieces. The place also hosts cultural and artistic events.

05/04/2024: 10:15 p.m.: I just ordered a bucket of 10 tenders via Uber for 18.95, I'm missing some. I also ordered a large fries which of course didn't come with it, just because you're closing soon doesn't mean the service has to go down, it's nonsense!

03/04/2024: No cooking, no good mood,…. no stars.

06/04/2024: We were served this afternoon by a waitress (Suzie). Still with the coat on my back she asks us how many salads to serve? Then for taking the order, very impatient when asked about a meat on the menu. Really not pleasant. We were then served by Dora, who was very pleasant unlike her colleague. Despite this inconvenience we will come back to eat, served quickly and at checkout the team member is also pleasant. The old team was, however, much more welcoming. Damage .

01/04/2024: Very disappointed with this Cholet restaurant Apart from the welcome and the service, the dishes, whether the starter, the main course or the dessert, there is a feeling of uneasiness about them...minimalist, tasteless, unappetizing, one wonders who does what in the kitchen ??? Restaurant not only to avoid, but not to reserve, because even the chosen and confirmed table is taken when you show up.

26/03/2024: Table reserved for 4 people 1 week in advance. Arrival at 8 p.m., directed into the room on the left we are greeted by the hubbub of a table of 12 people and we can barely concentrate.... order is placed for 4 glasses of sweet Loire which will be replaced by a sparkling wine of Loire without having had a choice, the bottle not having been presented by the waiter. No commercial gesture for the server's error regarding the wine that we accepted to avoid problems for him. So 4 menus at 44 euros + 1 bottle of pouilly fumé + 4 aperitifs + 2 glasses of sweet = 264 euros for 4 guests (worthy of a Michelin in any case for the prices, on the other hand for the rest it is not a height, welcome, friendliness, tranquility, quality of dishes, portions, "apart from the Cointreau bellows which was perfect", service......) It was a first for us passing through and I would not repeat the experience...... Better to head towards other quality establishments nearby
