06/04/2024: We were served this afternoon by a waitress (Suzie). Still with the coat on my back she asks us how many salads to serve? Then for taking the order, very impatient when asked about a meat on the menu. Really not pleasant.
We were then served by Dora, who was very pleasant unlike her colleague.
Despite this inconvenience we will come back to eat, served quickly and at checkout the team member is also pleasant.
The old team was, however, much more welcoming. Damage .

Please note that following my complaints to the quality department of the "The Originals" chain, I obtained a slight commercial gesture from the owner.
Maybe not the right day to stay there?
However, certain problems are recurring, such as a musty smell in the room, reported by several guests.
A bathroom heater that doesn't work. It's cold in December.
Not a word about the reception which closes at 6 p.m. which we only learned an hour before.
Not a word about the payment required upon arrival, before even seeing the room even though you have the imprint of my credit card.
Questionable cleanliness of the toilets.
No welcome at breakfast which offers poorly defrosted bread (confirmed by reception).
In short, pay attention to the fairly high overall rating but which mainly benefits from the excellence of the estate's restaurant.
24/11/2023: Un endroit paradisiaque.. situé au bord d'une nationale qui disparaît dès votre entrée dans le parc...un endroit où vous aurez envie de revenir.. très bel hôtel... restaurant avec ambiance chic ancien...parc verdoyant avec étang
