The manager is alone in the dining room and in the kitchen and acts like a chef.
The pancakes are good. The service is quite fast and above all pleasant even when the room is full.
To conclude, I would like to say a big thank you.

04/03/2024: We stayed two nights in this hostel, the welcome was warm and friendly, the room was perfect, spacious and very clean, with a large bathroom (Italian shower). The restaurant was of high quality, the chef concocts good dishes with fresh and local products. We will come back with pleasure.

09/03/2024: What a joy to open the door to this establishment. We immediately feel the warm welcome but above all the good smells coming from the fireplace. An aperitif accompanied by a duck rillette followed by sirloin and this delicious shank, all cooked over a wood fire with its small potatoes.... What a treat 😋see you soon and thank you for your simple know-how.

The pasteis de nata are excellent, as are the choux pastries. The flan is good, but we found the puff pastry a little greasy, which spoils the pleasure a little. We have been surprised. It's homemade and it's perfect, but we really didn't like the fat in the dough. This is the first time we've eaten a flan with fatty puff pastry.
Besides, this flan would be a treat with a sweet pastry.
23/03/2024: I didn't really like the hot chocolate. I don't know why, but it had a taste that I didn't like. I usually take it without sugar, so that's not the problem...
The flan tastes good, but the puff pastry is very oily. Damage. With a sweet pastry, it would be divine.
8€ per piece of flan, it's a bit expensive, but there is vanilla. We see the grains.

03/04/2024: Excellent food, we chose the starter/main course/dessert formula at €21 per person, which is very reasonable today, only one downside, we had the aperitif and we had no amuse bouche while other tables had rillettes.
A repeat without hesitation!!
30/03/2024: Excellent and refined cuisine, during our visit we chose fish for the starter and main course, it was a treat for the palate! As for dessert, it was sublime.
Well done to the chef and the whole team.
We have been here before and we will come back with great pleasure!

Top quality raw ingredients were delicately blended and served in a wonderful environment. Look forward to visiting again soon and would recommend this restaurant to anyone!

31/03/2024: We had booked for 2 on this Sunday of the Easter weekend, and we were very pleasantly surprised. The complete menu was a delight from start to finish, all for truly unbeatable value for money (amuse bouche, starter, main course, cheese and dessert for €39).
Slightly long wait upon arrival, but the waitress was lovely throughout the meal.
We will come back without hesitation because this restaurant is a real gem.
Well done to the chef!

A sober, welcoming and elegant place. Very competent staff. The chef offers refined dishes, carefully prepared. Special mention for the cooking which is absolutely perfect (fish, meat, vegetables).
An unforgettable dessert (lemon financier).
The only downside is that the excellence of the cuisine would undoubtedly deserve a richer wine list.
31/03/2024: A gourmet restaurant that well deserves its recognition in the Michelin guide. A 6-course menu full of taste subtleties and varieties of high quality products. Very pleasant cozy atmosphere. Great experience.
