The manager is alone in the dining room and in the kitchen and acts like a chef.
The pancakes are good. The service is quite fast and above all pleasant even when the room is full.
To conclude, I would like to say a big thank you.

01/04/2024: Excellent pancakes. The one with snails is super good. Finishing with the salted butter caramel was a pure pleasure! The welcome is very warm and the service perfect. Do not hesitate !
31/03/2024: Amazing crêpes and galettes, great service! This place fills up fast so definitely call or get there early when it opens. Had some cider along with the crêpes and a kir breton which was delicious!

05/04/2024: A moment that will remain magical for life. Thanks to the extraordinary place And largely thanks to the simply incredible staff. In particular Matthieu and Allan who have their hands on their hearts. People even more admirable than the place... that’s saying something!
05/04/2024: The place is perfect, I would say the view of Mont Saint Martin is 75% of the price as the rest was a disaster. I have never experienced service that was so disorganized. 4 star restaurant is more like a canteen. Neither tablecloth nor proper napkins.

24/01/2024: Idyllic location to encounter while walking the wonder that is Mont Saint Michel.... impeccable room, shame about the breakfast taken in the room invaded by flies on the food.... please for the sake of tourists and your reputation do what is necessary... I notice that negative opinions on this subject already date from 2019. Solve the problem in all kindness!!
01/10/2023: Ideal place to walk to Mt. Very friendly and helpful team. The rooms are clean.
The weak point is the lack of food and drinks apart from the good breakfast.
After one or more days of walking in the fresh air, providing a kettle with tea and coffee bags in the room would be a good option for travelers.... the end of the evening would be much more pleasant.

28/09/2023: Their technique surely consists of collecting burgers thrown away at McDonald's and reselling them. No smell of food when we come in, strange? The toilets smell stronger than the smell of food.
The staff is extremely rude and smokes in the kitchen. 20 minutes to receive a reheated burger and filthy fries.
I'm not even talking about the rats running around the store...

12/03/2024: We booked because of availability and proximity to Mont Saint Michel. Our booked said from 2.30pm. The sign on the door said 5pm. We phoned and were given the code to the door and told which bedroom key to take.
The corridors and stairs are dark and worn. The bedroom was tired and worn and the bathroom was yellow with age on the white plastic. The bathroom had clear glass that looked out onto other houses.
However, there were shutters on the windows, the sheets on the beds were white and clean. The towels were white and fluffy and the water hot
09/03/2024: Excellent value. At this price, we are not asking for a palace but to be able to enjoy a simple place to rest. Friendly welcome.

No terminal works after 5 attempts, forced to order at the counter, 30 minutes to be served, cold food... if you don't know how to work properly change jobs and above all close the store you ruin your reputation, you already have few customers you are not even making an effort to improve things… incompetent to the end

16/11/2023: Quite a nice humble shop that sells pastry and beverages. Ordered a drink and crossiant. It was just ok. Crossaint was served cold - which is not really up to my expectation.
05/11/2023: We came here when there was no other customers in the afternoon. Bought a sandwich €5.70 and asked the staff to warm it up but she said no. We went next door to buy a soup but the same staff warmed that up for us in the microwave oven. I asked if she can also warm up the sandwich with the soup at the same time and again she said no, annoyingly this time.
