17/08/2023: On a classic ambience note, a volunteer seasonal service and a public school kitchen.
For example, let's take desserts: a Liège coffee with its ice cream, the coulis or even the "whipped cream" coming from the local supermarket or the fruit verrine and its cream whose tastes are lost on the way.
Not to mention the proportions of the children's menu.
Result a big disappointment, we will not return there that's for sure.

30/03/2024: This Hotel is a pure delight.. Quality of welcome, comfort of the rooms, richness and variety of the breakfast.. A place where you feel good, like a quality French hotel, original garden and very calm.
24/03/2024: Superb hotel, the welcome is impeccable. The breakfast is full of quality products.
The wifi network is average but fiber is not present here. Since the hotel can't do anything about it, we can't hold it against them.
I can't judge all the rooms but the luxury room is great! Very cozy. We feel very good there.
I recommend if you go to St Vaast la Hougue

04/04/2024: Although the products (fish) are undoubtedly very fresh, their preparation a la plancha is not very elaborate. We'll make do with a squeeze of lemon and a vegetable garnish, which is still quite basic (mashed potatoes, leek fondue, fries, etc.) and one garnish per dish and not 2, the waitress tells me.
In summary it's fresh but we would appreciate a little more work on the products in the kitchen to be in line with the prices offered, because in the absence of an interesting menu the bill adds up quickly.

05/04/2024: Pleasant welcome, the choice of our table (personally I really like it), set meal (starter + the daily special "2 choices" + dessert + espresso) Very good value for money.
The andouille pie, camenbert, old-fashioned mustard is a delight.
