Refusing a package because of a problem with the barcode line is being lazy just because my sister doesn't want to type the numbers. And then . No problem, I'll go elsewhere to drop them off. Because it seems to me that you have to pay to drop off the parcel. Well, money lost for them for the benefit of someone else. Not to mention the loss of a missing package..... in short I will give my money elsewhere. And looking forward to another buyer. When Christophe was great, now it sucks. It’s hard to get a smile out of this gentleman. Shame
