28/02/2024: Being passing through, I ordered a pizza at the hotel without much expectation of quality...And there, excellent surprise!, quality ingredients, fine dough and delicious HOMEMADE tiramisu all for a very reasonable price. reasonable which is very rare in delivery. In short, delighted to the point of posting a review, which I never do.

No hygiene, the kitchen staff wear no gloves, caps or aprons and I doubt the cleanliness of their hands. Some staff members exit and enter kitchens without washing their hands which I think is the basis of a restaurant
The kitchen floors are dirty, the staff are quite unfriendly and check your cutlery before serving yourself as some are dirty
The “cook” if you can call him that, doesn’t even know how to cook an egg.
I had a flan and I think I've never eaten anything so dry in my life
I had the impression of being extorted when the price was announced and this impression was confirmed when I was served my plate.
In short, you will get better elsewhere and for less money

27/03/2024: ALL the elements are there to be able to fully enjoy this large chain restaurant, warm staff, speed of service, "cooking" as you would expect!!
HOWEVER !!! And this is the cause of this missing star in the “ambience” parameter…. The playlist is overused, we mostly have a lot of shit that we don't even know what and which we have no memory of afterwards, one day we had the right to a little groovy/funk thing, p**** ... that's nice, I'm not asking you to put the last Wormrot, or even a little Cannibal C but make an effort!!!
Without dec you think that by supporting these m**** you are helping the digestion of your loyal customers?? I don't think so, even created gastric tension which - I admit - during some of my meals stresses me out... in short, make an effort please is the star that you have lost... well it will be lost because I 'don't know if we can change an opinion, sorry
