30/03/2024: Unfortunately disappointed... We came to eat with our 3 and a half year old daughter and I think she was the only one who really enjoyed her Bolognese pasta. The kitchen itself is really not great. As I always say, paying "expensive" in a restaurant where the quality is there doesn't bother me but this is something else.. The quality is absolutely not there (beef tartare full of nerve for example). For the service, the waitress we had for taking our order was very friendly, however the waiter (a young man could be an apprentice) his language needs to be reviewed! When he came to serve us the dishes and desserts to talk about our daughter he used the words “the child” and “the kid” and when paying instead of offering sweets he used the word “bombec” . In a restaurant there is a certain language that must be respected at a minimum. To summarize, we will not come back to eat at this place, and given the many negative reviews it might be wise for the owner to take the reviews into account and try to make improvements ☺️

16/03/2024: Restaurant to avoid. The service was passable, served fairly quickly but the tables were extremely close together. Regarding the dishes… a disaster. Dried out lasagna, without half-burned béchamel, in ridiculous quantities, with 3 poor salad leaves fighting a duel and a useless drizzle of balsamic, all that for €16!! Dry, tasteless, half-cut pasta. No bread or parmesan, a shame for a restaurant called “parmesan”. Disastrous price/quality/quantity ratio. Even after all these opinions nothing is taken into account, the restaurant obviously does not want to improve.

02/04/2024: I've been going to this bakery for a year already and I gave it 5 stars but I have to take one off. The food and atmosphere are still very good but unfortunately some employees are a bit rude and the cleanliness has deteriorated a bit. There are often small midges and the toilets are not cleaned sufficiently. I hope they will correct these little flaws because it remains one of the best bakeries in Nancy. More gluten-free choices would clearly be appreciated.

21/03/2024: Wanting to buy something to eat, we went to the cash register which… was closed. We then head towards the other checkout…also closed. However, behind the counter are at least ten employees who, instead of telling us where we could order, or even saying hello, are chatting among themselves as if we were not there. I want the work atmosphere to be relaxed but I don't really appreciate being ignored. Make sure you hire qualified people. So I left without taking anything, and without hearing from them again.

12/03/2024: I stayed 2 nights at the hotel, for this part nothing to say everything was perfect, The lady at the reception (super nice young lady! Thank you) We were a group the next day and ate at the restaurant the dish of the day was more than average and the waiter was extremely unpleasant! Following an error when ordering he was very haughty! One of his colleagues also the next morning! An error in the collection, the team not being the same noon and evening we had to wait until the next day, if we had left the same evening we would not have been reimbursed... (very nice evening team on the contrary ) we had a drink in the evening Too bad the place has potential but some of the staff should rethink their respect! I will not return to this hotel…

12/03/2024: Having come to eat at this restaurant several times, I have a very mixed opinion. Regular team changes are the first warning sign of problems... The plate is not necessarily plentiful for the price paid and I sometimes ate lukewarm. Some dishes offered are hardly more worthy than canteen meals while others are excellent... Some were sometimes still noted on the menu when no longer offered... However, I have never been disappointed by the desserts. The serving team seems to do their best even if they sometimes seem overwhelmed by the large tables. Nothing to say about the dishes which I find very pretty or about the room.
