25/03/2024: Very warm welcome this afternoon despite the short time explaining, that we are in training and that we needed a quick service for 2 people. At the top, the Alsatian Burger, I didn't know. So we have reservations tomorrow at noon but with more time for another dish to discover.
23/03/2024: Toooooo! Definitely my favorite restaurant in Sarreguemines! Both for the kitchen and for the staff😊 plus the setting is very pretty🤩

26/03/2024: A great hotel with consistently friendly staff. The room overall was very nice. However, the light in the entrance area switches on via a motion detector, which is annoying when going to the toilet at night. The room temperature couldn't be regulated either.
However, the food is an experience in itself!!!
Michelin-starred cuisine, but not aloof, but down-to-earth and very sophisticated. Some of the wines are a little too expensive for my taste.
20/03/2024: Coming to eat with a gift voucher, we discovered a great restaurant. Everything was perfect. The service, the dishes and a great discovery in the wines. We had a great time.

15/03/2024: Me and my friend ate at this restaurant and we vomited and felt nauseous. I call the restaurant to tell them and they tell me it's impossible because we didn't eat fish when it's totally possible. We were at our worst all day after this meal.

31/03/2024: Discovered this restaurant and it was a very good surprise: warm welcome, attentive service and delicious food, quantity and quality, just look at the size of the escalope in the photo 😀 all at a more than fair price
A very good address, I would go back there with my eyes closed, the specialty is the queen-style appetizers, I would try it next time 😉

04/04/2024: Frog legs evening at the "rendez-vous a Sarreguemines" don't make an appointment there ordered at 7:45 p.m. the legs I'm still waiting for them (8:50 p.m.).

I order a St Émilion recommended by the service I receive a derivative of Lalande de Pomerol.
Frankly, even at the local kebab shop I am better received and served.
Otherwise it's clean, smiling staff despite everything, it must be emphasized.
Bring your sandwich if you go.
Only place where the sandwich is taken from the bag is required 🤣

1 star for the cuisine (I would have liked to give -1 but I didn't have the honor of tasting it)

First an appetizer of vegetable broth and a small quiche, warm pan-fried duck foie gras escalope on cold French toast, then cold scallops with a cold emulsion that wasn't really one and a few pieces of asparagus. , then stuffed chicken breast (flavorless green stuffing) with mushrooms, all warm, ultra sweet dessert... what a shame for a menu at €80, it's a steal...
