24/03/2024: This is not a typical Moroccan restaurant. It's good, but it's more inspired by Moroccan cuisine, put in the form of French cuisine, to avoid alienating the French. If you know what I mean. I doubt tagines are cooked in tagine dishes.
Not very generous dish, few garnishes and no Moroccan bread. Not a lot of meat for the price. (20th lamb tagine).
Pretty cool decoration though. It feels like a palace.
13/03/2024: I wanted to order a couscous to take away over the phone. Not being used to it, I asked for more information on the products. When I ask if it is for a single ball of Kefta that the supplement costs 2€ I am told very brutally that if it is too expensive I should just not take it. I was just asking a question and felt attacked. Too bad, I won't taste their couscous!

The empathy of the staff delighted us.
Alexandre, the sommelier, pleasantly surprised us with his choice of wines for each dish. The pace of the meal is adapted.
16/01/2024: I was looking for couscous in Grenoble and I ended up in this little restaurant on a Sunday. The decor is quite dull and, as it was raining, the room was dark.
The welcome was quite relaxed but that's not the main thing... It's what's on the plate.
The “royal” couscous at 25 euros (still) was a disaster: the worst I can remember, canteen and ready-made supermarket meals included.
Fine sticky semolina turning into soup with the sauce, mediocre vegetables, roughly cut and poorly cooked (crushed zucchini), insufficiently spicy broths and low-end meat (chicken and first-rate merguez, dry and pasty meatballs). All served on plates that were too small. In short, the worst of the worst.
For dessert, a very dry and ordinary baklava.
Be wary of positive reviews posted on Google, especially for this type of establishment.
