02/04/2024: A discovery during a walk in Mortagne, fresh produce and home cooking with regional and seasonal products.
Top-notch welcome and service for a starter and main course formula. In the order of homemade foie gras, Perch blood sausage and rabbit and crushed bran with a glass of white wine.
Still a little cool to enjoy the garden but nice days are ahead.
