She looked annoyed when I asked for a moment to make my choice and when I finished she took the customer who had just arrived and whom she seemed to know well and he said I quote “two minutes” without apologizing or asking my opinion. The least you can do is apologize and ask me if I don't mind taking on the customer who arrived after me.

28/03/2024: A very pleasant welcome with friendly and smiling people. The cuisine is a delight....the dumplings are great 👍the meat is very tender. As for desserts, what can I say other than that the profiteroles are...yum yum...great and the brioche melts in your mouth. It's definitely worth coming from Paris 😊 I recommend it to anyone passing through Sully sur Loire. The two strong points, the Château and the Trévi. 👍👍
24/03/2024: We were here on a Sunday and were able to learn that there are only menus (2 or 3 courses) on Sundays.
In addition to the regular ticket, there is also a day ticket.
The menus were very, very tasty and very filling.

08/12/2023: Yesterday at noon I ordered, by phone, 2 pizzas, requesting a service, to have the whitest cooking possible.
I was told yes, no problem.
I collected my 2 pizzas, and at home I noticed that they were black underneath, hyper inflated on the sides (at least 5cm).
For 15 euros, a very reasonable price for a pizza, the toppings were central and nothing on the sides.
I haven't been coming to Puiseaux for some time for the same problems.
Which turned out to be identical yesterday....
So NEVER AGAIN!
What's the point of telling me yes for cooking if in the end nothing is respected!!
No respect for the customer in what he asks 😡
