07/03/2024: Very nice place, a very pleasant and smiling server

18/02/2024: Very good garbure cuisine good but a lot of potatoes... the waitress not smiling and for the price it is correct but for 650€ bill not even the coffees offered and once the bill was paid (which we had to split because she didn't want to make an apothecary note!) we asked for a Digestif and unfortunately we were re-invoiced for it. I don't find it very commercial! And what's more, she presented us with the tip jar... Next time we'll be on our way cordially 😉

01/12/2023: Magnificent cuisine at the foot of the mountain! The dishes are so good!

08/09/2023: Service to be reviewed aperitif not offered as well as coffee glass of jurancon not fresh and average in taste starter and main course correct the dessert far from being revisited baba with a pipette for a menu at 36 euros even with fresh products we are disappointed and not of discretion in the radio kitchen and boss and boss discussion. No choice, only one menu offered at 36 euros, the service and services are not up to par.
