11/12/2023: Passing in front of the Siros distributor "on 12/9/2023" in the evening around 7 p.m. "sweet/salty, 5 cheeses and chorizo" we stopped to take 3 "Unheated" pizzas to reheat at home to avoid having to the dough from being too dry and hard. Magnifying glass ! the dough is not at all up to standard, hard edges, and dough not cooked in the center... having followed the recommendation for reheating in the oven "quality oven, 5 minutes, rotating heat 220 degrees" middle plate. The next day I had to heat the chorizo ​​for 5 more minutes so that the dough was cooked but as a result it's even worse for the edges... I don't understand all the positive comments "which misled me" ... because paying pizzas at this price and benefiting from a dough that is neither more nor less identical to that of frozen pizzas sold in supermarkets for 3/5 euros really hurts the heart. "the flour used seems to be of good quality." We didn't see any differences with industrial pasta... sorry but there was no pleasure in eating these 3 pizzas. In the photos of the machine we see certain pizzas with the swollen Neapolitan-style edge which is very desirable... so the disappointment is even more intense. It’s a shame and I hope to be surprised one day! :) doesn't leaving the pizzas in the fridge harm the dough...? I think there is a lot of room for improvement in terms of quality, in short I would now spend my turn a little further at the Factory... I nevertheless gave 3 stars for the service and the atmosphere because not having been able to enter the restaurant I don't want to rate it badly as I don't know it. I understand even less given that there are still quite a number of Gibus distributors to Lescar etc. which makes me say that it is working well.
