Lamentable!! It's been a month and a half since I returned an item ordered from Ikea Bayonne. According to the Ikea hotline, I was to be reimbursed 840.95 euros within 14 days. I'm on my 4th call and 2 emails, each time I get a different response but still no refund!! We are far from the 14 days announced on the Ikea website in the general conditions of sale published on the site. I will start legal proceedings!
