05/04/2024: Great new Spring menu at the Buffalo Grill in Saint Sat!!! Congratulations to the kitchen and dining room teams. The marinated beef and chicken skewers are delicious and generous and the Fourme d’Ambert dishes (salad, burger) are truly original. Haven't been able to taste the desserts yet which are so beautiful (pancake, crumble, burger cookies!!!). Well done 🎉.

01/04/2024: An essential address for having a great time, friendly and tasty. Very professional and very pleasant staff.
31/03/2024: “Sister” house of the 7-course restaurant nearby, you can find the same menu there. The limited number of dishes explains the fast service, the consistency of the flavors of the dishes, and a competitive price.
Sliced beef is the specialty, but pig cheeks are a very successful alternative.
As a starter, the soft-boiled egg with foie gras sauce is both simple and sophisticated and out of the ordinary.
Good, affordable wine choices.
Really friendly room crew.
Reservation recommended.
Be careful of the "steep" stairs if your table is upstairs, but the ground floor is not very pleasant because of the many passages. In summer, the terrace will be the best choice.

05/04/2024: Me and my friend waited 59 minutes for 3 burgers and 2 drinks. Incomprehensible in view of the crowd which seems largely surmountable. Unfortunately the staff does what they can with the means we give them, we don't blame them at all. I think there is a lack of a real manager/room manager to better organize everyone's tasks. Coming as a last resort
05/04/2024: Arrive at 10 p.m. and leave at 11 p.m. traffic at the drive-thru is heavy and completely ingested. Arrive at the intercom, each car waits 10 minutes before being able to take an order. Finally we cash and collect the order at the second checkout because the first one is closed (certainly due to lack of staff). Terribly disappointed not even a commercial gesture from them to apologize for the waiting time, we are supposed to be at FAST FOOD for those who speak English.

- reduced map on an A4 sheet
-I ask what's in the land and sea salad, I'm told shrimp and bacon.
The plate arrives, it's salmon and dry-cured ham and...goat cheese! I don't like it. I ask the waiter to change, he tells me that I had to read on the menu...what a joke that's not is not written!!
He asks me what to do...uh remove the goat cheese and add some Emmental perhaps! (I don't work in catering!)
Then chocolate mousse for dessert: without chocolate taste.
I dreamed of being asked, when it came time to check out, “did it go well?”
My response would have been orally and not in writing...much less burdensome for them.
Too bad.

05/04/2024: While passing through Le Mans this week, I trusted the reviews and booked at this place. Well, I did well. We were absolutely not disappointed. Copious and good dishes, friendly, smiling staff. Finally, we had a great evening. It is certain that on our next visit to Le Mans we will return there.
