29/03/2024: The service was really nice and even so we didn't talk french they understood us completely. When we finished they even gave us candy. The food was good, but we had to wait a lot of time to get it. I don't know if it was because they had a lot of people or they were just slow. The place was nice, but it was small for the people they had. Generally, it was a really good place to eat and I recomend it.

25/03/2024: Service by apprentices, so a little hesitant but that's what makes the charm of this establishment, I recommend.
16/12/2023: Center Technique Hôtelier l’Arlequin has been training young people in the hotel and catering profession since 1975 through two level 3 diplomas, the CAP Cuisine and the CAP Marketing and Services in Hotel-Café-Restaurant.
Very friendly and warm place. Very good product, the plates are carefully decorated, you can only enjoy it from start to finish. I recommend.

24/03/2024: A loyal customer for a very long time, I deplore the decline in quality of this bakery over the last two years, without any improvement: recurring shortages, particularly on the flagship product (the baguette), very rarely availability of white baguette (white = not golden as the team insists on telling you…), add endless waits, a blatant lack of staff where regularly you painfully see 2 people serving at lunchtime!
The height of this is that the quality of reception is falling.
In short, I sincerely think I'm throwing in the towel with this brand in Pontcharra, too bad!
16/03/2024: Staff who barely say hello the benches outside the flour everywhere hello for the clothes..I will not repeat the experience
