05/04/2024: Start to be old fashion and to much used. Price are quiet high for the quality

03/04/2024: It was great, typically Disney and good value for money. The burgers were good and tasty and so were the drinks. Really good for a restaurant in a leisure park :) We were very satisfied. The food came quickly and we were well served.

04/04/2024: We were excited to head into a cool restaurant with a great atmosphere. We were able to get seated relatively quickly. Service initially was ok then basically had no service for 20-30 minutes. Food was dry, kids nuggets were dry, to top it off I woke up in the middle of the night with food poisoning. Not a good way to spend our time at Disney.

02/04/2024: Only 4 burgers to choose, no possibility to modify anything and almost 20 minutes with the place filled less than 80% for 1 burger and 1 wrap.Screens were not working and employees didn’t speak english. Terrible experience better go to other place

30/03/2024: We've never experienced anything like this before. Employees were so confused and overwhelmed. Eat lukewarm. The fries are so soft. The tables were sticky with dirt. Passes as disgusting...

05/04/2024: Wonderful place to say. Cozy and clean rooms. Super comfy beds and the floor seem to be heated. Very chill to unwind at the bowling alley have a drink after a long day at Disney Land. Only thing we regret was not visiting the water park. The views with the snow was epic. We will definitely stay here next time but more days to be able to enjoy it to the fullest. The staff was very helpful even with the language barrier. Thank you!

04/04/2024: We booked a VIP bungalow, visited the restaurants & shops and used the Aqua Mundo. Beautifully designed park, super central location to Disneyland and Paris.

06/04/2024: Beautiful location, large and easy room for children, with very well decorated playrooms The dining area is modern with access to two beautiful swimming pools I'll be back ! Congratulations to Sylvie’s teams and all the teams for this beautiful hotel! The promise is kept It’s the DREAM ;)

04/04/2024: Terrible experience . In the Spa! The dreams Hotel should do something about read the reviews in the spa!! This is disney hotel how come is this happening!!!!!! 1. Spa recepción leslie is the worst customer service to have. Super rude, racist. She wasn't happy to speak English. From beginning to end , she provide a terrible customer service which we will be filling a complaint 1.Swimming pool is very small and not very deep is good if you go with kids but for adults is only an small jacuzzi. The Swimming pool said 28 degrees but it was actually like 18 super cold I couldn't even swim and the same other people in there, we were all in the jacuzzi .. 2. Sauna was smelly 3 lockers broken 4 toilets dirty 5 flood everywhere and of course dirty everywhere The only good thing were the traditional massages by the only 2 nice ladies we found.

04/04/2024: From the restaurant we have been left with "SOPA, SOUP... with the face of the Queen of Hearts" as a very kind answer to our question, what kind of soup is it???. The food is not suitable for children, the only thing is the pasta...and little else! The restaurant is beautiful, very successful decoration. We had a reservation for the last day...and it has already been cancelled.

02/04/2024: Really good food and very exemplary service from Ben. He was not only very friendly, but also patient and polite, which was definitely a good addition to the three-course menu. Reserve a table in good time because they fill up quickly!

29/03/2024: Truly an incredible dinner, a great atmosphere and the sandwiches were delicious! Clearly a good address after a good day at Disney!

06/04/2024: I used to come there twice a week with my grandchildren. I now rarely come after being disappointed several times. There are never any napkins in the trays. I have to get up to go get them at the counter and leave the children alone without surveillance, a few months ago I came I took nuggets for my grandson he could not eat them they were very hard I actually tasted it was inedible I brought them back to the counter the young who was there took them and immediately threw them in the trash impossible to think that it is normal to pay not to eat the product was not replaced for me.

03/04/2024: American type restaurant inside Disney Paris. Large and very spacious. Positioned in cinema type, all stages staggered, and with 4 screens in continuous production of cartoons. About the food. The worst food we have ever tasted in our lives. The burger is like a shoe sole, bad and strange tasting. The three different types that we have ordered. From what we have sensed, I think they don't even make them there, but rather they come already assembled (prefabricated) and they only heat them. The fries, cold and very bad, with some of them having a "suspicious" flavor. Coca-Colas like water, without any flavor. On average about €15-€18 per beard, between menus and the little ones. For that price you can improve that quality a lot..... They won't catch me another year. To highlight something, the treatment of the waiters has been very good. And the Spanish woman who assisted us has helped us in everything she could.

04/04/2024: I wouldn't eat here again. The food looks inedible and is cold and the staff forgets things from the order. The McDonalds looked really good from the outside, but what you get here is not good at all. In addition, you have to wait a long time until you receive your order. The prices are also absolutely overpriced. Not a recommended store.
