If you arrive at 12:05 p.m. you will be asked to return at 12:30 p.m. dixit (we have a lot of work it’s leaving the hotel!) Well OK but change the hours on your very beautiful site. And yes, the site is more beautiful than the old-fashioned restaurant room and a lick of paint would be welcome, especially on the ceiling to erase the traces of filling, as well as the wall-mounted lighting fixtures. Anyway, fear of nothing, there are only two of us in the restaurant, we handed in our voucher immediately upon arriving. And being happy to spend an exceptional moment with a chef all to ourselves, we placed the order We therefore took the box menu, at 48E and not the daily menu slate that was offered to us. (Yes, the restaurateurs seem not to play the game.) We are still in an experience at 99.90E for two people. Decent aperitif with a small appetizer glass. (A little late the reaction no!) so we will have each turn to eat As for this famous sweetbread in a casserole (in the pan), quite an experience a tough veal sweetbread bathed in a cream sauce, under a layer of oil and butter (not on top of the butter) therefore inedible.
